BP Radio Will definitely feature a song LoriInFLA mentioned this evening. Will probably also feature a Lily Allen song. Starting now.
OK, I listened to the Lily Allen track, BP. What in the world do you see in her? 'Cause it escapes me, and she has one of the worst Web sites I've ever seen.
I'm afraid I'm shortchanging her on first appearances.
One of my brothers really likes her music, but I just don't get it myself. Each to their own, I guess. I missed it, but I see you played OK Go - what do you think of the album?
The album took me a while to get into but, yeah, the singles are definitely the best stuff. That Apples In Stereo track sounded good - I've got a couple of their albums somewhere, although the new one isn't out here until the end of March. *swoon*, Elbow. Everyone needs some Elbow in their lives.
This holiday you've been on: you didn't come over to the UK and rifle through my CD collection, did you? Because now your playing some great Matthew Sweet! I found out that he's got a new album out very soon. There's a preview on his MySpace page. I'm hoping it's better than Living Things, which was awful.
I love Sarah McLachlan's stuff. I saw her play her first UK tour in ten years at The Royal Albert Hall in London. I went on my own and the git who sold me my ticket put me in a box. Not normally a problem, except it was a box with a couple in and they were all lovey dovey, holding hands and making eyes at each other. With me sitting behind them all the time. It was two incredibly uncomfortable hours for me, and probably for them as well. Crappy venue box office.
