Follow up Question: [More:]What sort of queries would I encounter if I were to take up a job as an Internet Service Provider?
Is it better than working for a Credit-card company?
My biggest fear about the Credit-card companies is that over 70% of Americans are in debt right now (according to Oprah at least), and the minute role I might play as a Customer service Representative of one of these Shopping Card Companies.

I'm sort of in a here; could someone put my mind at ease?

Many thanks.

hadjiboy, any sort of Customer Service job is going to suck. The best thing to do would be to meet with some people at the actual company. If they look like they are 10 days away from going postal on their managers, coworkers, and customers, then stay far far away.
