This must be why I had such a lousy day. Went to the doc to get stitches removed by a capable if brusque nurse, then came home to sectarian bullshit.→[More:]
Believe me, it's esoteric, abstruse and entirely counterproductive. It makes me want to stick my head in a blender. You really don't want to know the details, they are boring and faintly ridiculous.

Suffice it to say that nobody can stab you in the back like your own people! Wheeee!

Glad your stitches are out... I just had steristrips that fell off on their own this last time (my laproscopic gall bladder removal). I had staples after my first surgery, some fifteen years ago; you'd think staples would hurt coming out, but they didn't. (At the time, I didn't think they meant real staples, but they did. Who knew?)
