BP Radio is starting about 30 seconds from now. Some good-mood music (a lot of it's kind of new music) to get me pumped up for climbing on the roof and taking down the Christmas lights later on today.
I was just thinking the same thing actually. I've got the music streaming via their Real Player and that's currently showing the artist as El May and the track as Hero. But it hasn't moved in a couple of tracks, so it must be borked.
Female vocals sounded like they'd gone through some kind of distortion. It was either Shock Treatment Class or Of Montreal, but it didn't sound like an OM track.
Yeah, I've got the track listing on the radio page. I should've just hit the link to stream it through iTunes instead. Ooh, The Hidden Cameras - I got this album a couple of weeks ago after hearing them on WOXY. Good stuff :)
Yr in my MacBook playin' sum damn spiffy toonz. And there was me thinking I hated Lambchop. Looks like I'll have to listen to those albums I was thinking of eBaying. Also: yay for that Russian Futurists track.
Cool :) Actually I'm also a big Matthew Sweet fan as well, but this Lampchop cover of a Sisters track does sound good. After the utter, utter crapness of Sweet's Living Things disc, the thought of a duets album with Susanna Hoffs was making me start to wonder if he'd lost it. But, actually, it's really pretty good. Now, if he can go back to making albums as good as he used to, things will be looking up.
