Radio Mecha - Music Box: Jazz I'm jazzing up the Radio Mecha. First up, Miles Davis' 'Gondwana,' from the Pangaea album.

I'm glad you like it, taz. After the Miles it was Archie Shepp's 'The Cry of My People,' and now Herbie Hancock's 'Sleeping Giant' suite.

I just played William Parker's 'Pok-a-Tok,' and now I'm playing Ahmed Abdul-Malik's 'Nights on Saturn.'

Then it was Walt Dickerson's version of 'God Bless the Child,' from his wonderful To My Queen album, and Thelonious Monk's 'Crespuscule With Nellie.'

But now it's the Platters' 'Goodnight Sweetheart Goodnight.' And so goodnight, and thanks for listening.
