Clueless woman needs a lil' Windows hope. I have a picture that is pasted into a Microsoft Word file. I want to make this picture my wallpaper, but since it's pasted into a Word document, and is not a standard photo file, I don't know how. It seems like this should be easy, but what do I do?
Can you right click on it and pick Save As or Save Picture, or something? Then save it to a folder, and then go to Control Panel/ Appearances and Themes/ Display/ Desktop and browse to where you saved it.

Nope, that option does not appear when I right click.

Copy and paste the picture into MSPaint or some photo editor, and save that as a new file.

The last resort is to maximize Word, and fiddle with the document zoom until the image occupies as much of the screen as possible, then do a screenshot and crop out everything but the image. But that is the ugly-last-resort-there-are-much-better-ways-to-do-it method.
