Disorganized, not-too-bright, control-freak procrastinator. I think one of my classmates has just become the absolute worst set of traits for a project partner. Convince me otherwise? "Serial killer Jesus freak" is all I can come up with.

Oh, yeah. People procrastinate because it gives them a sense of control. It's a ineffective, self-defeating kind of control.
