Necessita ayuda con un computer, por favor I have a friend who wants to purchase an inexpensive pc laptop. Easy enough, right? Here's where it gets difficult. The OS needs to be in Spanish and I need to find Spanish versions of Microsoft Office. Any ideas? I speak un poquito de español but not enough to surf Spanish websites. Muchas gracias.

Now I just need to find an inexpensive PC laptop and find someone who knows enough Spanish to help me install the OS and programs.

Since I'm a Mac girl, anyone with PC advice for a laptop I can get for around $400 would be great.

Cinammon, when I worked for a major PC manufacturer (think 'cow') in Miami, they offered software in spanish as an option. I imagine the major manufacturers still do.

$400 or thereabouts can get you a decent second-hand ThinkPad. CompUSA sells the Student & Teacher Edition of Microsoft Office 2003 as well as Windows XP Home and Professional editions en espanol.
