If someone had a superpower, and that superpower was to be able to fuse the circuits and short out my bosses' computers (and their bosses, all the way on up), I think I would call them a superhero, not a supervillain. But if they went and started fusing mecha's circuits, that'd be a different story. Then I'd say supervillain.
