The mountains reflected in the water seem to be a reference to Tora Bora. I suppose the woman represents the sexiness of liberty.

Twin towers?

Dream Theater released a live album on 9/11/01. The album was recorded in New York. The cover had a picture of the twin towers (well, okay, the whole skyline) burning. The cover had been designed and the release date set months before.

I still have an unopened one. Probably will never be worth anything but they pulled the original cover pretty quickly from the shelves.
