that I got two responses to my craigslist apartment hunting! and within an hour I will be enjoying a beer with my man Da Wino. And I got a teeny-weeny raise (3%) at work!

Some more for me: I had a bag of orange slices at work today (and I ate them all too)! I didn't get lectured today like I thought I might be! I'm going to South Beach in a week! I bought cute belly button rings the other day!

I am going to try and get new glasses tonight (I don't see why I wouldn't, but I've often found that some places seem to have trouble with the whole exchanging money for goods and servives thing). I've *needed* new glasses for a few years now (perscription is good, they're just scratched all to hell) and I've just been lazy about it.

So, here's to seeing things clearly!

I thought of two things.

I'm going to see the Asylum Street Spankers on Saturday night -- my biggest nostalgia band of all time.

And on Sunday, I get to cook with the Frisbee and hang out with Triode and Matilda (whom I've met and whom I adore) and a bunch of people who are probably just as great. So, it's not all bad.
