Can I take a moment to describe the truly wonderful birthday dinner I just had? Chicken Provencal (tomato sauce with anchoiies, nicoise olives, and herbs de provence), Potage Bon Femme (leek and potato soup), steamed carrots with pesto butter, white rice, and a very simple but pleasant white Bordeaux. we are now enjoying you broadcast and a nice glass of port.
