I slipped as I started to go out the window on to the icy, snowy roof and decided right then and there not to put lights up this year. No tree, either!

mmm it's cold here too. An effective minus 17C when I left for work this morning. weather.com says it's warmed up to an effective -9C.

I rode my motorcycle today, even though the wind chill while moving was enough to liquefy the nitrogen in my breath. It was sort of like that part in the Abyss where they learn how to breathe an oxygen-rich liquid.
