Quick and dirty IQ test, that is.

What is worth more a trunk full of nickels or a half trunk full of dimes?

That's me fucked on the second question.

I think the answer is probably the half trunk full of dimes, because dimes are smaller, so there would be more of them in the same amount of space? That was my reasoning, anyway.

I never knowed how smart I was until I took this test. Now I know me very smart, because this test is a very good test and it would not lie to me.

Nickles are worth five cents, dimes are worth ten cents; but dimes are smaller than nickles. This is because, prior to 1965, dimes were made of silver and nickels were, well, made of nickel.

On further consideration, my (and iconomy's) reasoning couldn't be the case, unless a single dime occupied less than half the space of a single nickel. Therefore, I think I will now cheat and do the test again, answering that the trunk of nickles is more valuable.

This is called the scientific method, for those taking notes.

According to iconomy's link, the test is wrong on one general knowledge question. And I know for a fact that my mathematical knowledge is nowhere near genius, I don't think I ever got higher than a B in any math class no matter how hard I tried.

It seems to me that the "Logical Intelligence" section of the test is the first four questions. I kept changing my answers to the all the questions, systematically, changing them back when my overall score went down. Judging by the fact that I can't get my score to be any higher, it would seem that I have all the correct answers. But I'm still "Below Average" in "Logical Intelligence".

I didn't fiddle around with it or bother Googling anything, but the productivity question seemed that it might benefit from better/clearer wording and I'm with Wedge on #16. However, it never claimed to be scientific and I never claimed to be logical.
