Hugh Janus - you can get small islands as pets on the European black market. Of course, they won't have their utilities up or any docking harbors in place, but that's where a little TLC can come into play.

I really really wish people would say Tanuki instead of "racoon dogs"... if people can say Tsunami and Sushi and Anime, etc, etc... why oh why must they say "racoon dogs"???
