UpdateFilter Remeber the judge who wouldn't let divorcing parents expose their child to "non-mainstream religious beliefs and rituals?" He's been overturned on appeal.

Ah, more fuel to the "persecution of Christians" fire.

You just know that many won't see this as a perfect example of freedom of religion rather than an attack on it.

Well good. I was fairly sure it wouldn't stand on appeal. That was egregious overstepping of judicial bounds.
