Actually, it's a breast photoshopped with a lotus seed pod, according to LeeJay's Snopes link, and it's really very nice compared to LeeJay's real-thing first link, which makes me just want to go ahead and cut my breasts (as well as all other extremities) off so that this might never happen to me under any circumstances.

That made my nipples itch and I had to scratch them to reassure myself that they were okay. My work computer barred me from looking at the maggoty link, but I think that's probably a good thing.
