that style of furniture was in fact invented for cats
it's called "huh, i have carpet"

sometimes "it's almost paid off anyway"
also known as "deer clock's not a bad idea"
or "thank god mom and dad got new furniture"

Our cat absolutely hates rock & roll. Without exception. Loves jazz - put on Kind Of Blue and he'll come running - but should I slip on Sleater-Kinney, say, he'll give me the stink-eye and go pout in his basket.
