As requested in August 2020 I've been reading through old posts→[More:] and I see that back in August 2020 Senyar requested chicken pictures which I failed to supply. I'm too lazy to put this up somewhere more permanent; the link is ephemeral but should work for roughly the next month.

Grey lady is friendly. She's the champion layer. White lady is postmenopausal, statuesque, and confident with a beautiful voice, a bit like Bianca Castafiore. Black lady was the smallest, oldest, and scrappiest. She's no longer with us but I wanted you all to see her picture so I chose one from last spring, also in April so you could see the bluebells.
