In spite of everything, stuff like this makes me love the internet. Allison Smith, former Broadway 'Annie,' on Kate and Allie (she was a co-star), in 1988 doing a (pretty good) cover of Scandal's classic hit, "Goodbye To You."

If it makes this any more interesting for you, the redheaded kid at the table with Jane Curtin & Susan St. James, playing the singer's kid brother Chip, is Frederick Koehler, who a few decades later played a killer on the HBO prison drama OZ.

When I saw Andrew Schillinger on OZ I recognized him from someplace but I had to find his name in the credits and look him up to make the connection.
