Carolyn Hax nails it today on mansplaining! She is far and away my favorite advice columnist. So wish the emotional labor crowd could see this, but it's thin for a FPP. But she is so good at breaking down the nuances in human relationships, and calling them out for what they are!

I've never seen Carolyn Hax's work before but that is good. I'll check out her stuff again.

Three good responses to the questions in the column you linked. I'll have to keep checking her out too.

Mansplaining (and womansplaining) is so often not meant to be condescending. Particularly from our nearest and dearest.
