Generations Throughout History Video about the US 20th and 21st century generations with some interesting stats.
I am transgenerational.

I'm from the very last year of the Boomers so I've never really felt connected to either generation. The boomers were turning 40 while I was still in college but by the time Coupland popularized the term Generation X, I was already a home-owning married dad of a toddler so I didn't really connect with the slackers.

It's weird to realize that younger college students are already of the generation after my son's. How long before the Millennials get all "get off of my lawn?"

Octo that is much my experience too. Definitely not feeling boomer but not quite in line with the GenX crowd either.

Like hours, months, and meaning or portents, generations are a human concept that serves a human purpose but never quite fits an individual person's situation.

I was born in 59 so don't fit anywhere either. Helpful to know there are others who are rowing along with me.

I guess we all missfit together.
