What are your New Years Eve plans?→[More:]I plan to be asleep by 10:30! Do you have more exciting plans?
Scheduled to have friends and their baby over for brunch. In the evening hours it's Kathy and Anderson! I got champagne, 2017 glasses and sparkly hats.
Mrs. O and I have late reservations at a fancy steak place downtown. Depending on the weather we'll either stay there after dinner and watch the fireworks or take the subway home and watch on TV.
Have had a hellishly busy week at work so I don't want to go anywhere. Boyfriend is coming up today and we will either be listening to the radio or watching Perry Mason on TV. With cats. I have to go grocery shopping today so I'm trying to decide what to cook (something simple!!) for tonight and tomorrow.
It's nearly 6pm here and I'm already in my owl jammies, home for the night. Jason and I have been out and about today in Brick Lane/Shoreditch and we're planning a night of Coen Brothers movies and Mexican food.
After kidlet goes to bed (which is likely to be after 9p thanks to a late nap grrrr), have some sparkling juice and chips & salsa and watch the ball drop.

I saw the clock roll over to midnight only because I couldn't get to sleep.
Yesterday afternoon/evening was spent with friends I've not seen in a long while. It was a lovely time of relaxed snacking interspersed with binging on feel-good movies.
Went out to a great Mexican place for dinner with friends and then all walked over to a bar that has skeeball. Home by 11 and barely made it up til midnight.
