Friday Question NOT from the Book of Questions What's your favorite thing to do when you're on your own?
Always, always, to read. On my iPad, on my Kindle, with a regular old book, via audio on my phone or car stereo . . . in whatever way, get into a book.
Watch trashy TV while I mess about on the internet. I spend so much time at work reading (usually complex financial stuff or handwritten submissions) that, much as I love a good book, I need time away from reading, apart from skimming websites. And cooking. I love to cook.
Go to a cafe without my phone, with some cash and with a good book. No-one knows where I am, no-one can contact me. I sometimes take my phone but those trips aren't so good.
