Yawnfest of a TWO hour meeting this morning. Store manager read the scripted stuff to us.... typical stuff about market ranking, profits, upcoming holidays...plus:


Three "motivational" hallmark type videos depicting EMPLOYEE-BOT being inspired by sob-story to actually do a thorough job and provide ACTUAL SERVICE to a CUSTOMER like expected/but is obviously not expected since it is NOTEWORTHY!


More motivational would be them lauding the folks who work everyday and do their best. But I guess that's unrealistic.


At least there were pancakes and sausage.

Tomorrow morning I go to my other job where this crap doesn't happen. So, I'm kinda looking forward to going into work tomorrow!? See, the meeting DID motivate me...... to like my main job even more! (At least I don't have senyar's job upheaval going on.)
