Like bearwife, obviously I have very different taste from the Swedes. It looks like it's made out of plywood and has no foundation. And it's a freaking featureless box.
It looks a lot better on the inside than the outside. And I like how efficient it is. Super-boxy though. It would take a lot to feel really homey there.
I like the concept, although it would be totally unsuitable for the climate where I live - the windows are too unprotected from the sun and there's little provision for cross-ventilation. It's an interesting study in affordability, though - while I love the waterfront villa bearwife linked, a house like that is nothing but a dream for almost everyone. I don't like the unprotected veranda over living areas thing, though - that's just inviting leaks.
With some trees around the house to soften it, this place would look great - I imagine it in a forest clearing where you don't see the whole house at once, but the contrast between the softness of the forest with the clean, hard lines of the house would give it a lot more interest.
