Heehee! I just went to the grocery and bought steak and some red skin potatoes. Gonna have a real old fashioned meal.

I'm also going to complete the throw-back goodness with a big serving of chocolate pudding. Nothing good for me at all!

Steak was meh but the taters (heh) were orgasmic (heh).

I sliced then boiled the taters and in separate pan cooked red onions in olive oil till dark. Combined them, then added some chives and dab of sour cream. NomNom.

Cooking your own bday meal has advantages: if it doesn't turn out, there's no apology and if it does, the leftovers can be eaten immediately!
