May goal post check-in time! So, how did y'all do on your goals this month?[More:]

1. I will continue with my slow jogging, even as the weather gets warmer. I might not be able to get out 3x a week but I'm aiming for 2x. My only concern is that if I make those for Thursday/Saturday that I wind up loading all of my exercise at the end of the week.

Yeah, I didn't go out at all on my own, but I did do a 5k with 2 of my sisters. We walked pretty much the entire thing, but we still finished! I've just been too busy to get my act together to go out.

2. I will have all of my camping gear packed and prepped for Folkfest at the end of the month BEFORE I HAVE TO GO.

Well, I didn't quite get this done as I was packing right before I was leaving but I managed to get everything up there in one piece. (Even if I did have to rush to waterproof my tent before it started raining.)

3. I will get my honeypot spell up and running.

Honeypot was activated at Chat and Craft and is currently doing its honeypot thing.
Oh God, don't ask. Today is the start of a new health regime for me. I'm going to do the General Motors diet for 2 weeks, to get my arse back in gear. When I've lost 20lbs, my reward will be a bottle of Molecule 01.

Ack, not well. Kept training for my half marathon, but just started working on the presentation today. And I am starting to get that the sweater isn't gaining another stitch until the weather grows cold again.

I set easy goals and I probably hit about 90%. Not bad, considering I probably ate more fruit and lettuce last month than I ate in the previous six. My daily smoothie is usually my lunch, and that replaces the equivalent of a sandwich and a side of pasta salad. That is a huge lifestyle shift by itself.

I didn't make it public before because I knew how difficult it was going to be and I was waffling about doing it, but it's been over a week since my last cigarette and I feel like I can actually do this for real and forever. It's nice, really.

Awesome, ufez!

And gym anxiety is seriously stupid, meeshell. I know that's a big sticking point for me too. :-/

Go you, Ardiril! Lifestyle changes are awesome!

Keep on making forward progress, bearwife and Senyar! It's a new month!
