Moving the goal posts--May edition! It's May 1st and therefore, it is time for some new goals![More:]

Remember to use 'will' instead of 'should'!

1. I will continue with my slow jogging, even as the weather gets warmer. I might not be able to get out 3x a week but I'm aiming for 2x. My only concern is that if I make those for Thursday/Saturday that I wind up loading all of my exercise at the end of the week.

2. I will have all of my camping gear packed and prepped for Folkfest at the end of the month BEFORE I HAVE TO GO.

3. I will get my honeypot spell up and running.
My usual three.

1. Food (less)

2. Exercise (more)

3. Socialising (fearlessly)

1. I will drink at least one smoothie each day as a meal.
2. I will eat a greens salad with 5 meals each week.

Left over from April:

1. Find the guitar tutorial I keep meaning to look for. I know how to play, but not how to read/play from sheet music.

At this point it might be simpler to buy it again since it's discounted at the bookstore.

This month:

2. Get my vacation squared away. Driving to FL again this year.

OK, "will" formatting:

1. I will train for my next half marathon in June.

2. I will finish my overdue draft of a September presentation.

3. I will at least pick up and knit some of my neglected sweater.

1. I will create something everyday this month (cartoon, collage, doodles, painting, etc).

2. I will continue to focus on my diet and eating better (lost 15 lb.s in the first 5 weeks and feel noticeably better so I'm on a roll....mmmmm...rolls).

3. I will walk and/or exercise at least 4 times a week. I'm thinking of giving yoga a shot so that would fall into this goal as well. Days I don't exercise I at least ne to stretch.

I'm not even putting any goals related to getting a job since I that's something I already think about enough and I need to make sure that I have some other life enriching goals as well.

1. I will re pot the tomatoes and broccoli ....don't ask.
2. I will commit to my calorie allowance (not restriction)
3. I will go INTO the gym not just to the parking lot. (anxiety is stupid)

1. I will work on editing and compiling photographs this month.
2. I will get started on making my basement workspace/darkroom.
3. I will work in the yard on spring clean-up if it ever stops snowing.

I love Senyar's categories.

I think for this month I need to:

1. Unpack and set up my new place.

2. Find a way to set up my therapy private practice and start marketing it.

3. Figure out what I'm going to do to get my exercise in -- probably a gym, but I'm going to leave the idea open.
