Favourits are invisible until you've earned them.
Whether you've earned them is the result of voting by the cabal.

You just use the favorite button on your keyboard instead of clicking a link.

I can do this. Silent favorites for bookmarks, not for agreement. But you need to motivate the current sysadmins to take some time to hook me up with the setup here.
