Sooooo wonderful! I love this.

Was just reading about the horsedrawn omnibuses in this book/. They were a big improvement over horse-drawn carriages, but it was pretty brutal to read about - sometimes horses were killed in mid-pull when they were injured or failed.

Incredible video, though. Just love it. Love seeing the individual faces and motions of people over 100 years ago - nothing else brings home quite so well that they weren't too different from us.
