Do you find the Dead Sea Scrolls impersonation case interesting? →
[More:]I am very intrigued by this case. I have no interest in Biblical studies, I'm just really interested in the character of Raphael Golb. The fact that this guy has a Ph.D. and a J.D., but apparently spent all his time waging war for his dad's theories under the guise of his many, many sock puppets is just really fascinating to me. He strikes me almost as a character from a movie ... perhaps with a Charlie Kaufman script.
Do you find this case interesting? Do you know people like this guy?
