World's largest model railway/miniature town, in Germany. This video amazes me. The little firefighting trucks going to simulated blazes is probably my favorite part.

My German wife had never heard of it though. We're in Germany, near Frankfurt, now but it's apparently far too far away to visit.

My husband and I went there on vacation a few months ago! We made a special trip to Hamburg to see it. It was AMAZING. Definitely worth the day it took to get there and back from Berlin. Videos don't do it justice.

I'm new here, by the way. It figures that my first post would be about model trains.
