What do you do when you've been feeling low-level sick for a while? →[More:] I'd love some tips.
I have had on/off irritating symptoms for going on 3 months now which include: cold and sinus and cough thing, some stomach upset, and randomly occurring pinkeye which might or might not be related.
How do I kick it for good so it won't come back the next time I get a bad night's sleep or something?
I am sick of feeling sick. It's not a terrible thing or a big deal so I feel bad complaining, but I am over it.
Things I've tried thus far:
Sleeping all day
Emergen-C
Lots of tea with honey
Neti pot (I only did this once, maybe I should try again?)
Cutting out dairy (didn't help and didn't last too long bc I heart cheese)
Ignoring it and drinking a lot of wine
Suggestions?
