Ask MeCha: Is there a message folder on Amazon.com? [More:]I've been communicating with a seller via Amazon over a package that's gone astray, through the Amazon.com website (not Amazon.co.uk - but the .com, because it's a package being sent to a friend in America from a US seller).

After I email the seller, I get a pop-up saying "message has been sent. It may take a few minutes for it to appear in your 'sent' folder".

I've looked in every likely place on the Amazon website but I can't see any 'message' folders.

I have my message settings so that I receive a copy of the email in my email account (which goes to my Inbox), and the seller's first reply yesterday was sent to my email address (via Amazon). But is there a separate folder on the Amazon website where messages between buyers and sellers are kept? If so, where do I find it?
If I go to "My Account" from the Amazon homepage, there's a thing under "Orders" that says "View Your E-mails with Sellers".

Thank you! I find the Amazon interface very counter-intuitive at times.
