I suggest you have an empty stomach when you watch the video.

Googled a bit about the filmmaker, Daniel Ahnen. He died May 2011 in India by falling in a "ditch".

Nice. Not quite as bad as it looks, given that there is a safety cable all the way along you can hook on to, but still, yeah, don't eat too much before you start walking.

Heh, 'went missing after he accidentally slipped and fell into a ditch' (from deborah's link). The mind boggles.
