Recipies that really showcase chicken stock? I accidentally made like, amazing freaking chicken stock today and I want to put it good use so it really shines. Any ideas?
Chicken soup, of course.
Nothing like something simple and basic to highlight an exceptional ingredient.

+1 Thorzdad.

Hells, I'd just eat the stock as is, but I do stuff like that.

Well yeah I could just throw some barley in it and eat and be happy, but let's check all the options first.

Risotto. Omnomnom.

You could go the extra mile to clarify the stock and make a fancy chicken consomme.

Also, I love to reduce chicken stock, pour it into tupperware and store it in the fridge. A scoop of that adds incredible flavor to any vegetables you happen to be cooking and it keeps a really long while in the freezer and takes up very little room if you reduce it enough.

risotto or matzo ball soup. When I make risotto, I stir it a lot, and often, but not compulsively as is often recommended. A little chicken fat enhances the taste. Wine, mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted (caramelized) garlic or shallot all add extra delish.
