Yeah, definitley potential self-esteem issues and some counseling needed there.

"Oops! Ducks. Oh well, I'm mom now."

Alternately:

"Has anyone seen what ugly chicks Hilda has? I mean, I'll smile and say 'How cute!' and look at all her baby photos, but there's a limit!"
