Orphaned baby owls find cozy new home. (Hit the arrow in the upper right to advance through the slideshow.)
This is exactly what I needed, right now.

Photos 4,5, and 6 really look Photoshopped, and now that I go back, 2 looks suspicious as well. 4 - 6 are about enough to make me call BS. The outlines of the owls are too crisp. Whenever you're pasting an object on top of a background, it's a good idea to run the blur tool over the outline, especially the top and sides.

I like the photos, though.

Uh, shane, I think that's the owls' downy fuzz you're seeing.

Would it be wrong to date that guy for his owls?

Maybe, but #4 looks especially suspicious. Maybe the light is omni-directional, but it looks as if a left light is casting a shadow on the dog's shoulders, while the owls cast no shadow at all and only the right owl's body is slightly darker on the right side. Also, even baby owl claws are pretty powerful, and doggy beds tend to be plush, yet the talons are making almost no indentation into the fabric. I suppose the owls are light and could be standing loosely on the bed, but raptors tend to grip.

I dunno. I'd put $5 on someone getting a kick out of hoaxing Yahoo and the U.K. site it came from, although I DO think the person has the owls and some of the photos are real.

I'm not sure, but I think the elephants in this MeCha post are a fraud as well.

That dog wants to eat those baby owls, photoshopped or no.

I think the baby owls' downy fuzz is what gives them a bit of a white halo and makes them look Photoshopped to some people when they have light behind them.

Geez, I gotta get me some baby owls and take 'em for walks in the parks where the babes hang out...
