Sent this to my mom who's been watching the series. Me, I just love paper dolls.
I wish I could be watching this series along with everyone, but no TV signal here. It is amazing how well this series has saturated pop culture. I'll catch it on some other medium sometime.
You can watch it on netflix and pbs online, as well as Sherlock.
They have the little donkey toy. At least, I think it's a donkey. Maybe it's suppose to be a dog. And Mr. Pamuk.
I'm thinking of buying one of the Downton Abbey related books, I love it so much. The Christmas Special makes up for a lot of the slap dash drama in the second season. Because I will forgive it anything for Mary's black beaded evening dress.
Ohmigod, go absorb the first season already. The second will disappoint you, but you won't be able to stop. Then we can dish about the Christmas Special Monday without spoilers, and you can call your mother and just sigh dreamily.
I know I'm late here, but I saw my first episode last night on PBS. I know it's the second season, but I have no idea which episode it was. OMG. I am hooked. I've ordered season one from my library, but I'm wayyy down the list. The library has ordered the second season but doesn't have it in yet. I am also wayyy down the list for that season.
I sort of want to know why we don't have more good TV like this, but the thing is that if we had more good TV we'd get absolutely nothing done. So, oddly enough, it might be a good thing.
