At first I was disgusted - it looks kinda, phallic. And I didn't see my favorite kind (the white/clear and red) in the commercial. But they do have it... That's a lot of pineapple.
Related large candy story: When we were in high school, a friend of mine got a ridiculously large bar of Hershey's chocolate. His parents were health nuts, so he knew if they found it they'd take it from him. He hid it in a Monopoly box (perfect fit!) under his bed and we gnawed at it for months. Looking back, I don't know how we ate that much Hershey's chocolate - but it was magical.
I kinda feel like this is something I should send to my (almost) six year old nephew and not tell my sister it's on its way. His birthday is next week...
Ah, it's the same folks who make a/the 5 pound gummy bear, which we slowly ate around Christmas a few years back. I think it got too hard to cut by the end, so we only at 2 or 3 pounds of it.
As for chocolates, there's a really nice little chocolate shop in my town, which makes the chocolate on-site and suggests you finish your chocolates within 10 days for the best flavor. I've only shopped there once, but ooooh, they're good. They have set me on the path of being a chocolate snob.
