I loved how he established his paternal authority over Frank, Klinger, etc. from his first episode: Klinger comes in wearing his usual outfit, says he should get a discharge. Dramatic pause, Potter just stares at him for a minute and shouts, (I think) "Horse Hockey!" with a great close up of his facial expression, one that clearly says, "I'm in charge, and I'm not Henry Blake." *swoon* *sigh*
