The Official MetaChat Minecraft Giveaway Thread. In honor of Minecraft finally leaving beta and getting its official release, we're having TWO giveaways on MetaChat: one for a copy of the game itself, the other for some cool Minecraft stickers.→[More:]

Drop a comment in this thread to enter either one, and mention whether you want to be in the drawing for the game, the drawing for one of the four stickers, or whether you want to enter both drawings. This thread will stay open for at least 48 hours, and the drawing will be held Tuesday evening, Eastern Standard Time. Good luck!

Gah! Against by better judgement, I'm entering both, and yet I think someone else should probably win over me. On the off chance I do win, I may pass it on to someone with a more dire and passionate interest and more time to fully indulge.
So think of me as your possible bonus chance at prize winning glory.
Is it possible to make copies and spread the joy around?

Though curious about it, I never played it in beta, and probably can't justify dropping cash on it now, I'll put my name in for winning the copy of the game, please.

It's been a long time since I've played any game regularly, so maybe this would be a good one?
