I would love them poster-sized so I could see them from wherever I was standing in my kitchen. I think I could buy them and take the digital files to someplace like Kinko's and have them make posters. Hmmm. We're redoing our kitchen and I think a couple of these on the wall would just be so great.

I'd love to make my own in color. Those ingredients just sing out for color: beetroot, aubergine, watercress, sweet potato, cream.

Hmmm, this might make a nice project for me to do by hand --- just a few vegetarian clusters --- for a little kitchen art, or even to print onto notecards.
