The term Dirty Sanchez got me reprimanded at a job once. I was a temp consultant working at very prestigious law firm. We were doing an OS upgrade on 5000 computers. Of course we were in a bullpen kind of room separated from the important people. The job was super stressful. The company used laptops almost exclusively and so each of us would work on five to 8 units simultaneously. Of course it would get rowdy in there.
There was a fellow named Pedro Sanchez that worked with us. Of course we ended up calling him Pedro "Dirty" Sanchez. He did not mind it and in fact thought it was a hilarious name. To the point that he had a name tag printed up on one of those "Hello" stickers. One day he wore it out of the room.
Big mistake. He got a reprimand and I stepped in and took the blame for it. The thing was that he was being looked at for a permanent position and I was not. It was a great spot and he deserved it.
So I said I put it on him without his knowing.
I didn't lose my job, honestly they didn't have the manpower to let anyone go. But to this day I wonder what sicko lawyer knew what it meant and decided to be a dick about it.
