Tomato School: "As ethical tomatoes become more common, a new curriculum teaches migrant workers about minimum wage, proper conditions, and how not to be exploited."
I guess I didn't pitch it well, but this article is Very Cool. I'm excited. I'd have posted it to MetaFilter, but busy working on deadline, didn't have time to provide UFW context, etc.

I kept trying to find bits to quote, but I kept wanting to quote the whole thing. 33,000 ag workers in Florida get very basic rights! It's a start!
