Woah, This American Life guest host! →[More:] Go Nancy Updike! I've been wishing for years Ira would take a little step back now and then. I love the guy - but I think it would be nice if the program was a little less about him.

She actually hosted two weeks in a row (this was the 2nd one) and did a great job with them both.

That's been an increasing problem for me on a lot of NPR, including the news magazines... a little too self-absorbed. You know how they talk about "driveway moments"? Whatever the opposite is (Change the Station moments?), they are having more of them.
