The danots are dunk-in! I'm surprised to hear that Hampton will be the first 16 seed to take out a number 1, but apparently it's true.

I've made my highly scientific picks, all based around which schools my friends went to, (also my enemy, who works at Michigan State...they were going out in the first round regardless of their seed).

(and yes I know there are still play-in games, but I always root against Clemson and for Pitt, so it doesn't affect my picks)

dano: glad to see Hampton will be taking Duke down. I don't mind my bracket going to crap for that result.

I really want SD State over Duke. . really really want it. . .but it would really screw up my brackets if Duke goes all the way to the finals, which they probably will.

(I assume that I have to fill out the whole bracket by the first tip-off?)

My bracket is the "Palace of Malice". I'm bad at these things.

I've managed to get my girlfriend into NCAA basketball a little bit, and she wanted to make a bracket too (she loves lists, and ranking things.) I let her go ahead and make one in this group. I hope that's okay. Her bracket's the "Shot in the Dark".
