Let's talk Tumblr Do you have one (if so, add it to the Wiki), what are your favorite Tumblrs, etc.→[More:]I'm looking to beef up the ole' Dashboard. Oh, and I've just started updating my Tumblr.
It's just another blog platform. I like the ease of use, particularly when it comes to blogging photos or videos, and how easy it makes it to read other Tumblrs as well as re-blogging their content.
I just started one because it seems like an easy way to keep myself producing stuff in the unemployed downtime and maybe I can turn it into an online portfolio type thing. Today I found out that it doesn't do HTML natively (or I haven't found the setting for that yet) and that was annoying.
Mostly Forbidden Zone almost singlehandedly justifies the existence of Tumblr (as well as knocking former #1 retro-blogger James Lileks down multiple pegs.
Kosmosxipo is mine. The name's a common user name I use in various places on the Internet, and it comes from (possibly bad) Esperanto for "space ship." Basically, a personal tumblr where I post pictures, reposts, and it grabs the RSS feed from my talking animal fiction.
I've been thinking about one just for sharing interesting things from Wikipedia, and more specifically my favorite Wikipedia search, "List of Defunct."
I have one for stuff I made, which was supposed to be a craft/garden/some cooking blog but seems to have turned into almost all food. Apparently I don't really make much other than soup and cake, which now that I think about it is okay with me.
CNTRL + W33D but that is a VERY NSFW gay weirdness blog that has like sexy smurfs and shit. It is not to everyone's taste but I enjoy hitting it every so often for a trip into the WTF subconscious.
