Interesting. They censor out known swear words from spoken input, but accept it when typed. (What? I'm twelve, really.)
I just tried "holy fucking shit!", spoken directly into the microphone. The displayed English output was changed to "holy #### ####" and the translated French was "sainte #### ####"
If I type it in, they accept the swears and give me "putain merde sainte", which uses a related noun instead of the chosen adjective, but gets points for trying.
But when I said "It's a world of wonders, I tell you", it came back with "C'est le monde des merveilles, je vous le dis", which is somewhat better. They misheard "a" as "the" but a typed correction of the source changed it to "un monde".

Consider that you spoke to your telephone, it understood what you were saying, and then it repeated your words back to you in a foreign language.
Then consider that when I learned to use a telephone, you entered the number by sticking your fingertip into a hole drilled into a round piece of plastic and twirling.
